The views from the balcony and the bed were breathtaking, and it truly felt like a retreat in nature. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the lady at the reception. She made us feel at home and provided us with all the necessary information for an enjoyable stay. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with walk-in showers in the bathrooms and a beautiful view of the Black Forest hills. Finally, the breakfast was exceptional. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, and the staff even offered to make eggs to order. It was the perfect start to our day of exploring the surrounding area.

The food was tasty and the spa facilities were quite good. The views from the pool and sauna were breathtaking. The hotel's location was great, just a short walk from the town center and close to some great hiking trails. Plus, the room was cozy and nicely decorated, perfect for a romantic escape.
The wifi was terrible. We had difficulty getting online and staying connected, which was frustrating. Additionally, some of the staff members weren't really that friendly or helpful, which put a damper on our stay. it was a decent experience, but there were definitely some areas that could be improved.

Great food and friendly staff. We enjoyed the pool and sauna facilities after our long days exploring the city. Convenient location close to public transport and tourist spots.
Poor Wi-Fi connection which made it difficult to stay connected. The room lacked a fridge which made it difficult to store food and drinks.
